HyperthErmia as an Additional Treatment for the Biology & Experience of Depression (HEAT BED) Study

The HEAT BED Study aims to test the feasibility and acceptability of 4 active sauna sessions that will raise core body temperature or 4 sham sauna sessions that will minimally affect body temperature, and 8 cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) sessions in patients with clinical depression as a potential treatment.
